We planted many Merlot vines, Chardonnay and Viognier in April and they are growing like crazy.  We installed five new rows with longer posts for a higher canopy.  I'm trying to map out exactly how many vines we have so far of what varieties.  We have growing in the vineyard:  Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Chambourcin, Muscat, Orange Muscat,  Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Viognier.  We will add to our acreage of vines over time but no more varieties please!
